We've just received word that Dean Treadway's Sweet Okole, a Farr 36, has deployed her emergency rudder and is making progress toward Kaneohe at about 5 knots. They have approximately 150 nm to go to the finish. We don't have any other information except that everyone on board the boat is fine.
In other news, Surprise, Bob and Maryann Hinden's Schumacher 46, has finished. It looked like they were having a great time surfing in on the large waves created by last night's storm.
